How inquiry information is handled.

This page explains the information collected through this website and how to ask a question about it.

Carth & Co, LLC operates blisterpacking.org. This notice concerns website inquiries; any customer agreement may involve separate records.

Information you provide

The project review form asks for your company name, contact name, email address and a description of the product or package. You may also provide a phone number, website or product links, quantities, a requested receipt date, destination, component or tooling details, dimensions and how you heard about us.

Please do not submit confidential drawings, account credentials or sensitive personal information. There are no file uploads.

Why the information is used

Inquiry information is used to review the request, discuss whether work fits and communicate about next steps. Form submissions are not used to enroll you in a marketing list or send an automatic reply.

Website records and recovery

The form keeps a protected recovery copy and its processing status. The website is configured to expire that record after 30 days and remove expired records through scheduled cleanup and form activity. This helps recover an inquiry when a notification cannot be confirmed.

Spam-limiting counters expire after 24 hours. A short-lived form session and a protected request reference help validate submissions and avoid duplicate processing. The duplicate-matching fingerprint is cleared after 24 hours; the reference and processing status remain with the recovery record until it expires.

Email correspondence and records of an agreed customer job are handled separately from the temporary website copy. Copies in provider logs or backups can follow different retention schedules.

Cookies and service providers

A necessary first-party form-session cookie supports submission checks and retry protection. It lasts for up to one day. WordPress login cookies also apply to people signed into site administration. The site uses self-hosted fonts.

10Web hosts the website and Cloudflare provides its network delivery and protection. These providers process technical requests and may maintain operational or security logs. Email notifications pass through our mail service. Only the information needed for the relevant service is used in handling an inquiry.
